味噌腐乳
看到有人用味噌(Miso)做『不臭的臭豆腐』。家里正好两样都有,就跟風試了一下。一盒豆腐切成塊兒,兩匙「味噌」(Miso)加半小碗水混勻後浸泡,室溫下一兩天就得。然後粘上一層干澱粉和少許胡椒粉,想吃辣味可摻入一些辣椒粉,然後再用油炸。还真别说,吃起来確實隐隐的有油炸臭豆腐的口感。以前「不高興」是不會嘗試這種有异味的食品,這次可沒少吃。
