第七天：San Lucas and El Archo (2008.01.03 Day 7)
明天就要回家了，我们今天做什么呢？
早上，还是照日出。风好大，为了拍出剪影的效果，还得穿着裙子，支撑在风度与温度之间。
Boathill dragged me out of bed for sunrise again. It was windy at dawn and so cold standing with only skirt on a small bridge. He took over 20 shots with my changing postures then he said: "Drop it. It was not good." Oh my professional photographer!
本来今天也没什么计划，想着要回去了，应该休息一下。但那么好的天气，不出去怪可惜的。加上一直没找到所谓的象鼻子，所以还是出来了。每隔一段路，就看见写着HACIENDA的路牌。到现在也不知道什么意思。开车经过这个号称六星级的渡假村One and Only。专门拐进去参观。真漂亮，每个小区都是封闭的，就是不容易找地方停车照相。
We had not seen Playa Amour and had not visited El Arco. So we hit road to San Lucas again. Stopped at Pamilla (a beautiful One and Only resort), we drove to a small beach. I stood by these steps (to a swimming pool) and had pictures with my new hat. It was one of my best pictures in this vacation.
总算停在一个海滩边上，在这里照了几张。看，我的墨西哥草帽怎么样？
从这个渡假村出来，向北行又到了San Lucas。旅游地图总是和实际的对不上。迷路了，不知道我们想去的那个沙滩在哪儿。看到马路边有个咨询中心，停车打听。那个工作人员一看我们，很高兴地说，一看你们就是一个很好的家庭。是不是听着有点熟悉？没错，我们又遇到了Timeshare的销售人员了。他死活让我们去他的渡假村听讲座，说给我们275美金。俺爹拍板说，去。行，那就去吧。吃午饭的时候，我点了玛格利特。没想到这次轮到我喝醉了。昏昏沉沉地听销售人员说话。谈判半天，咬紧牙关不松口。销售没辙，试图做俺爹娘的工作。我说，你就死了心吧，他们既不懂西班牙语，也不懂英语。俺家不高兴倒是懂英语，可他做不了主。你有什么伎俩朝俺使。价格从1房1卧，每年4周，5万，降到每年2周，2千。越听越不喜欢这个计划，还不如上次那个。俺发出最后通牒，价格非常好，LC也非常地美丽，但是，世界上还有很多美丽地地方值得我们去，我可不想每年到同一个地方旅游。还是把这个好东西卖给别人吧。最后，俺顺利地拿着275美金走人。
刚出狼窝，一个笑嘻嘻的墨西哥人对我说，你终于出来了，我看着你们进去的。明天我请你们去我们的渡假村听讲座，每人200。我说谢了，俺明天打道回府了。虽然3个多小时的讲座有点闹心，但拿着钱，又高兴起来。继续找我们的沙滩。到了想像的地方，还是看不到象鼻子。这里人好多，音乐此起彼伏，热闹非凡。
We had enjoyed planless driving around beautiful resorts. There was some time spent in San Lucas downtown and on beaches. In front of some construction and blocked roads, we had to stop the car and find an alley to the beach. Some local people working on the construction site helped and directed me parallel parking by the road. They were very nice and ensured me it was safe there. With my limited Spanish, they seemed understanding what I asked for El Arco. But they could only show me the rough direction.
We went down to a beach and decided we would walk to north without shoes. Because the beach was so long and the sands were so deep. Dad said he would rather wait. Three of us continued exploring to search for an angle that El Arco could be seen. Without much luck for half-mile, I asked a couple on the beach. They said it was probably not from this beach to see El Arco. Boathill was also tired with his all photograph equipments. We gave up and walked back. Late afternoon, we drove back to south and hoped to find a spot by the seashore where we could see El Arco from distance.
我们决定顺着马路走，估计到一个点，能远远地看到象鼻子。果然，开啊开阿，不高兴说，就是这里。马上下高速，找到一个可以停车的对方。看看周围，一个荒废的度假村，满街的那些timeshare销售人员卖的该不就是这种度假村吧？找个制高点，架好三脚架，300mm长焦。仔细看看，好像也不是很像象鼻子。幸运的是我们又看到了夕阳，多美啊。
Eventually El Arco was captured in the sunset and we would left Playa Amour for our future planned trip. A little regret might not be a bad thing. It remained a wish in the memory ...
总结一下，只有情人海滩没去成。留点遗憾吧，以后还有个盼头。
